Rental Guidelines and Qualifications
Discover your next home at Skyline New Rochelle where modern studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes blend comfort and style. In collaboration with Pronto Housing Affordable Program, a limited number of homes are available at affordable rents for qualifying households.
These affordable homes are administered directly by Pronto Housing and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis as availability allows.

- Skyline New Rochelle does not determine eligibility or manage the application process.
- Applicants must apply through the county's official website.
- Verification of income and household size will be required by the county during the application process.
- All lawful sources of income are accepted, including Section 8 and other housing vouchers.
